The following five banners were owned by wholesaler Colabor before being sold to Beaudry & Cadrin in 2014: Point d’aide, Visez Juste!, Dépanneur Ultra, Votre dépanneur Sermax and Marché Éclair. The 270 independent convenience stores affiliated to one of these banners are now supplied by and contracted to Beaudry & Cadrin for the duration of their existing agreement.
