Beaudry & Cadrin is an important wholesaler and food distributor that manages several convenience store banners. A Quebec company that is more than a century old, it was born of the union in February 2013 of distributors J.B. Cadrin Inc. (wholesaler well established in Québec City) and Jean-Paul Beaudry Ltée (creator of the Beau-soir banner in 1977).
The history of these two family businesses has been marked by several generations who, in turn, have been able to distinguish themselves and stay abreast of new technologies and trends. One year after their merger, the duo acquired all the rights and ancillary agreements on the trademarks of the Colabor Group’s convenience store banners, namely Point d’Aide, Visez Juste!, Dépanneur Ultra, Marché Éclair, Éclair Plus and the Affiliated Group, which today total 86 convenience stores at the last count.
